Jump Asian Express started with a simple idea: bring the energy, speed, and flavor of Asia's greatest street food scenes to the streets of Birmingham. No white tablecloths. No long waits. Just incredible food served fast, from our truck to your hands.

We travel the Iron City, bringing bold Szechuan heat, delicate Japanese precision, Thai balance, and Korean fire to wherever the craving hits hardest. Every ingredient is chosen with care, every recipe tested until it's right.
